"Solid platform"
I get quick games with the app, and it is easy to use. Money deposited and withdrew quickly without an issue.

"They have a good support team"
They have a good support team. The website should be translated into some other languages. The only withdrawal option is Skrill which isn't available in every country and has high comissions&hidden fees. Bitcoin and Paypal should also be added to deposit&withdrawal option.
